My Mom, Nita, and I are best friends. After spending 20 years in a career, I wanted to do something new and different. I convinced my Mom to come out of semi-retirement to help me make our family's wonderful English Toffee. We have been making this English Toffee and giving it away only at Christmas for years and family and friends always asked "Why can't we have this candy year-round?
